During our move to St. Augustine, our Stressless couch had been separated into pieces and was no longer functional. Steve graciously come to our rescue and expertly reassembled our couch, restoring it back to it's original state of function. He is very knowledgeable on the brand and he educated us on our other Stressless pieces. We got a lot of great information that we had not been aware of. Steve is very professional, courteous, and kind, as is the staff at Leather by Design. Great follow up and communication. We would highly recommend Steve and their team for any furniture needs and Stressless products have been very helpful for keeping our backs feeling good.
My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting both Jess and Steve a few days ago. We were looking for a new couch for our house in Connecticut. While they could not place an order for us because of delivery restrictions, they spent a tremendous amount of time explaining their various products and helped us reach a decision which we will implement when we get home. We could not have met nicer people who were generous with both their time and advice. We highly recommend them and their store and will come back to visit when we get a place in Florida! Wanted to reach out and comment on my wonderful experience with Steve at Leather Design. After purchasing 2 power recliners in 7/10/21 we had trouble with the power mechanism just going up when no one pushed the power button. I talked to Steve and he helped me with the solution even offering to come to our home to install a new power source. Since the chairs were way out of warranty he still offered to come to our home to install the new switch, I couldn’t believe he would offer such service at no cost. However he guided us through the process and we installed the new switch ( at 77 such things are sometimes complicated.) We are so thankful for his true customer care attitude. I purchased two leather couches and two leather Stressless chairs from Leather By Design over the years, and I could not be more pleased with both the quality of the furniture and the customer service. One of the leather couches naturally began to sink a little over time from my family constantly enjoying and lounging on it. I called Steve at Leather By Design, and he personally came to my home to inspect it. He took the couch back to his shop, made adjustments, and returned it looking brand new. After some additional time, it started to settle slightly again, and once more Steve immediately responded, came out, and adjusted the padding. The couch once again looks fantastic. The leather itself has held up beautifully, and the level of customer service has been outstanding. This is the kind of service people used to receive years ago but rarely see anymore. Steve stands behind the products he sells long after the purchase, and that truly means something. I sincerely appreciate Steve and everyone at Leather By Design. It is refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I am a loyal customer for life. Thank you!
I purchased a motorized recliner and loveseat in 2021. I had an issue with one of the recliners not working. Steve came out the DAY that I called for assistance. He was amazing. The product is fantastic, but I was delighted with the service. You do not find this type of service response. I highly recommend to use Leather by Design.
Steve and his team fix my stressless sofa glide rods with speed and efficiency they were professional in every way. I just have to say they did this on a 8 year old sofa and did not even change me. I am so pleased and would recommend them to everyone. For sales and service.
Want to give a huge shoutout and 2 thumbs up to Steve. We purchased a couch a few years ago and had a problem with one of the wiring harnesses. I called Steve and we did some trouble shooting over the phone and added some photos on text. He determined that it was one of wiring harnesses. He sent us one and I installed it with his assistance. Great customer service. Will purchase furniture from him again
We purchased our recliner pit set about 10 years ago and one of the recliners stopped working . I called Leather by Design to get it repaired, talked to Steve and he was not only able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone but also had the parts we needed in stock. Needless to say everything was back in working order in less than a few hours. Thank You Steve @ Leather by Design for all your help.
